From I-5 North, exit CA-76 East/San Luis Rey Mission Expy. Continue onto CA-76 East/Mission Ave. Turn left at S Mission Road. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Also hosting electronic waste collection, paper shredding, industrial/automobile/heavy equipment battery collection, and cell phone recycling. The auto batteries are accepted ONLY at BP Batteries, located at 805 E. Mission Road. The cleanup site will accept household batteries.
Note! Every participant in CCD needs to sign a waiver; anyone under the age of 18 needs a parent or guardian signature to participate!
