Registration Opens August 26th!

Thank you to the thousands of volunteers who joined us at Coastal Cleanup Day in 2018! 6,808 volunteers joined in at 106 sites to collect 138,499 pounds of debris.

Site Captains Needed to Lead Locations

We are searching for dedicated volunteers to help coordinate and lead cleanup sites! If you are interested in taking your volunteerism further and leading a site, please review the information on the Site Captain page and contact Lauren Short lshort@cleansd.org (619) 704-2772 for more information.

Behind the tennis courts that are at the corner of Washington Place and Randolph St, San Diego 92103

DIRECTIONS:
From CA-163 South, exit Washington Street toward Downtown. End at Washington Place and Randolph Street. Meet across from Pioneer Park.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Project focused site! Project involves removing ice plants and palm fronds from the canyon to prepare it for native plant restoration. Work will include removeing the plants and hauling them a short distance to a disposal site. Wear: Work gloves, work clothes (long sleeves and pants recommended), sun hat, sturdy closed-toe shoes. Bring: Your own water bottles.
